Role Overview

The sales representative is responsible for managing the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation and follow-ups to conversion and payment collection. This role requires strong communication, disciplined CRM management, and consistent execution of sales activities to achieve enrollment and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming leads promptly and conduct timely follow-ups
• Manage and schedule demos, including Zoom coordination
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.
• Track and manage the sales pipeline effectively
• Convert qualified leads into course enrollments
• Coordinate payment follow-ups and ensure timely collections
• Handle referral leads and ensure quick engagement

Sales Targets & Funnel Expectations

• Generate and manage 100 new leads per 25 working days
• Achieve 10 enrollments per batch cycle
• Maintain at least 20 warm leads in the pipeline at all times
• Work across batch capacities:
  • Morning (Offline): 10 students
  • Afternoon (Online): 10 students
  • Evening (Offline): 10 students

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Lead response time: Within 15 minutes
• Referral lead response: Within 2 hours (100%)
• Daily outbound calls: Minimum 40 calls
• CRM accuracy: 100% compliance
• Demo/Zoom scheduling: Timely and properly confirmed
