Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Delphin Digital Academy, we offer quality training in digital marketing and related courses. We want to keep things clear and easy for all students.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Please ask to cancel your course at least 7 days before it starts to get a full refund.

  • You can ask to change your batch 5 days before the course start, depending on availability.

2. Refund Policy

  • Once you enroll, it is final and we do not provide refunds for not attending or if you don’t like the course.

  • If there are special cases like illness or emergencies, we may give partial refund or allow you to change batch, only if management agrees.

3. Special Situations

  • If we must cancel a course due to low enrolment or other reasons, you will get a full refund or can join another batch or course.
